On Thursday March 16th 2023, three BPO Companies namely Ariston Marketing Limited, Ready Call Center Limited, and Transparent BPO Limited conducted an interview simulation exercise for over 100 junior college and high school students from the Belize Adventist College and Junior College in Calcuta Village, Corozal District.

The aim of this exercise was to determine the number of students ready for employment in the BPO industry in Corozal and to determine adjustments needed for student preparation for the job market. This activity was one of the deliverables of a meeting between the Belize Adventist College, Belize Adventist Junior College, and Centro Escolar Mexico Junior College from the Corozal District, and Stann Creek Ecumenical College, and Stann Creek Ecumenical Junior College from the Stann Creek District along with representatives of the BPO Association and the Investment Policy and Compliance Unit in the Ministry of Investment.
